Our story began more than two decades ago when Maggie P. Caceres founded her own Real Estate firm, MC Homes Realty, Inc. The company’s primary focus was brokering property transactions. As Maggie’s reputation grew, an impressive 90% of her clients came from referrals, resulting in a surge of individuals entering the property investment market. This led to the establishment of MC Homes Property Management, Inc., as Maggie recognized the need to expand her services to meet the evolving needs of her clients.
Today, MC Homes Property Management, Inc. effectively manages over 1500 properties, including various Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations. As the number of managed properties increased, so did the demand for maintenance and project management services of all sizes. Initially, these services were outsourced to industry vendors. However, it became evident that not all vendors consistently provided the desired quality of work. Moreover, many vendors took advantage of billing practices, resulting in excessive charges for their services to our clients.
To address these challenges, we took the initiative to establish our own team of highly trained professionals under the banner of MC Maintenance & Projects. This allowed us to maintain control over the quality of work and provide a reliable, efficient maintenance and project management service.
